The Board of Supervisors of the Caunty of Butte, State of
California, DO 4RDAIN as follows:
Sectian 1 that Section No. 3 Reference D of Ordinance No.
2979 of the County of Butte entitled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED
POSITIONS -- Management, Confidential, and Supervisory Un~.t

This ordinanc~ shall take effect immediately pursuant t~
Section 25123 {f} of the Government Code af the State of
California; and before expiration of fift~en (15) days after
its passage, ~t shall be published in a newspaper in the County
of Butte this 24th day af March , 1992, lay the following
vote:
