AN ORDZNANCE ZONING POR'T~ONS OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE 4F- CALIFORN~A.
The Board o~ Supervisoars of the Caunty of Su~te, State of Califarnia,

under and puzsuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County Code of said County,

DO, _ORDAIN, ~as follaws: . ,

SEC"TION 1. The hereinafter described area situate in ~he County

5 of Butte, State of Cali.£oznaia, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an FR-5 (Foothill
6 R~creational - 5 acre parcels) District, and such area shall be sub~ect tv the
7 restric~ians and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Cade
8 Section 24-112.I.
~ Said area so zoned beang ~ocated in the unincorporated area of Butte
~~ County, Oroville, more particulazly described as follows:

restrictions and restr~cted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte Coun~y Code

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be and i.t is hereby declared to
be in fiill force and effect from and after thuty (30) days after the da~e of its
passage, and be:~ore the expi:ration of fif#~en {1S} days after its passage, this
Ord~na.nce s~al~ be publish~d onc~ wi#h the names of the members of the Board
of Supervisors voting for and against it in the Paradise Post, a newspap~r
published in the County of Butte, State of California.
