The Boaxd of Supervisors of the County of Butte, "State of Califomi.a,
und~r and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County Cod~ af sa.id County,
DO ORDAIN, as fallows:
SECTION 1. Th~ hereinafter described area situate in the County
of Butte, State of Cali~ornia, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an P-Q
(P~blic/Quasi-Public) D~strict, and such area shall be subject to the xestrictio~
a.nd restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-
129.
Said area so zanec~ being Iocated in the un~ncorporated area of Butte
County, Rich~vale, more particulariy described as ~ollows:
All that rea.l property situated in Section 21, T19N, R2E, MDM,
Butte County, Caiifarnia, and be~g more paxticuiarly described as
follaws:
B~ginning at a point on the N line of that certain 30 ft. strip deeded
to Butt~ County and recorded in Book SG official records at Page
82, from which the SW comer nf said Section 21 bears S 00 ° 33' 50"
W 3Q.00 ft., and N 89 ° 09' 19" W 734A5; thence form the poin~ of
beginning N QO ° 33' SQ" E 366.00 ~t.; thence N~8 ° 39' 02" E
1085.50 ft.; thence S 41 ° 20' S8" E 841.00; thence S 45 ° 15' 72" E
613.40 ft.; thence S 31. ° 13' 04° W 54.38 ft.; thence westerly along
said N line, N 89 ° 09' ~9" W 1781.45 ft. to the point of begi.zming.

SECTTON 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to

Ord~nance shall be published once with the names of the members of the Board
