The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
Ca~.ifornia, D0 ~RDA~N as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3 Reference F of Ordinance No.
2979 of the County of Butte entitled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFZED
POSYTIONS - FOR CLASSES WITH FLAT RATE ASSIGNMENTS is hereby
amended by adding thereto the fo1.l.awing:

This ordinance shall take e~~ect immediately pursuant to
Sectian 25123 (~} of the Government Code of the State at
Californza; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days after

of Butte, State of California.
