AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDTNANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE ~~SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State o~
Califarn~a, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 56 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled MENTAL HEALTH - GENERAL SERVICES 541-
0~1 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
3 Program Manager -- Mental Health
3 M~ntal Health C~.inician II
15 Mental. Hea~.th Clinician TT, I
and adding thereto the follawing:

thereby leaving the t~tal unchanged.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to
Sectian 25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State o~
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days after
its passage, ~t shall be published in a newspaper in the County
ot Butte, State of Cali~ornia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Super~isors of the
