~ The Board of Supervisors of the Coun~+ af Butte, State of California,
under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of th~ Butte County Code of said County,
DO ORDAIN, as follows:
SECTI4N ~. Section 24-35, II{c) of the Butte County Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:

Notes:
1. Campact spaces shall be 7 1/2' by 16 ft., e~cept when located alongside.a
struct~re, pol~, post, wall or fence, in wh~ich case of 9.0 foot w~idth is
requir~d.
2. Compact ,car spaces shall be grouped together in logical blocks, equally
distributed thraughaut a parlang 10~, an.d shall be clearly marked "Compact
Cars 4nIy".
3. The anangement o~ standaxd and compact spaces shall be approved by the
Pia.nning Director.
4. Any aisle that provides primary access to a building shall be a minunum
].6 feet wide.

SECl'ION 2. This Orc~.ance shall~ be and it is hereby declared to
be in full force and effect from and after thirly {30) da~s after the date of its
passage, and b~fore the expiration of ~ifteen (LS) days after its passage, this
Orclinance shall be published once with the names of the ~nembers of the Board
of Supervisors voting for and against it in the Paradise Past, a newspaper
published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of tlae
