Code of said Couniy, _ DO 4RDAIN, as follaws: SEG"IION L The hereinafter described area situate ua. ~he County of Butte, State of California,~ shall be and it is hezeby zoned as an AR-MH-3 (Agricultural Residen~al Mabile Home - 3 acre parceLs) District, and such area shall be subject to ~he restrictions a.nd restricted uses and regulati.ons pursuant to But#e County Code Section 24-96. Said area so zoned being loca.ted in the unincorporated area of Butte Co~nty, Oroville, more particularly described as £ollaws: A port~on of Lot 2Q, as shown on that Certain Map en~itled "Map of the Eighteenth Subdi~vision of the Bidwell Rancho", which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California, Octobear b, 1911, in Book 7 of Maps, at Page 2b, mare particulazly described as follows.
