The Boa~rd of Supervisors of the County af Butte, State of Califomia,
under and pwrsuant to Chapter 24~-29 of the Butte County. Code of said Couniy, _
DO 4RDAIN, as follaws:
SEG"IION L The hereinafter described area situate ua. ~he County
of Butte, State of California,~ shall be and it is hezeby zoned as an AR-MH-3
(Agricultural Residen~al Mabile Home - 3 acre parceLs) District, and such area
shall be subject to ~he restrictions a.nd restricted uses and regulati.ons pursuant to
But#e County Code Section 24-96.
Said area so zoned being loca.ted in the unincorporated area of Butte
Co~nty, Oroville, more particularly described as £ollaws:
A port~on of Lot 2Q, as shown on that Certain Map en~itled "Map
of the Eighteenth Subdi~vision of the Bidwell Rancho", which map
was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State
of California, Octobear b, 1911, in Book 7 of Maps, at Page 2b, mare
particulazly described as follows.

385.QU ft. W of the SE comer of said Lot 20; thence E aJ.ong the S
line o~ said Lo~ 20, a distance of 385.Q0 ft. to the SE corner of said

as shown on said Map of the Ei~hteenth Subdivision; thence N 00 °
21' W alang the E Iin~ of said Lot 2Q, being also the centezline of
Marigoid Aeenue, a distance of 200.0 ft. to a point; ~hence
southwesterly 433.85 ft. more or less, to the point of begi.nni.ng:
Excepting therefrom the ea~terly 25 ft. of the above de~cribed parcel
for Marigold Avenue.
Lots 19 and 20 as sbown on that certain Map en~itled "Map of the
Eighteenth Subdivision of ~he Bzdwell Rancho", which Map was filed
in ~ae office of the Recnrder o£ the County of Butte, ,~tate of
Californi~a, October 6, 1911, in Book 7 of Maps, at Page 2G.
Excepting therefrom the easterly 25 ft. of the abo~e described parcel
for Marigol.d Avenue.

Beginning at a point in "the S line of said Lot 2U, which point is

line of said Lot 2Q, a distance of 385.00 ft. to the SE corner of said
Lot 20, said SE corner beang the centerline of Marigold Avenue, as

W along the E line of said Lot 20, being also the centexline of
Marigold Avenue, a distance of 2000.Q ft. to a point; tlaence
southwesterly 433.85 ft., more or less, to the point o~ beglnnllig.
SECI`ION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to
be in full £orce and effect from a.nd after thiriy (30) days after the date of its
passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (1S) days after its passage, this
Ordinance s~all be published once with the names af the members of the Baard
of Supervisors voting for and against it in the _(3r~.vi:~ 1~~r~;~~r~~. newspaper
published in the County o~ Butte, State of California.
~ PASSED .AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State af California, on the 1~~:~+day o£ Fr1ay , 1992, by the
