The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDATN as ~ollows:
Section 1 that Secta.on No. 48 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled PUBLIC WORKS - ENGINEERING AND
ADMINISTRATI~N 530-004 is hereby amended by deleting there~rom
the following:
Positions Classif~cation T~tle
3 Engineering Technician II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Civil Engineering - Assistant or Enginearing
Technician II
2 Engineering Technician II, I
thereby 1~aving the tQtal unchanged.
This ordinance shail take effect i~ediatel.y pursuant to
Section 25123 {f) of the Government Code of the State of
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days aPter
its passage, it shall be publa.shed in a newspaper in the County
of Butte, 5tate of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Superviso~~ of the
