The Board of Supervisors ot the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Sutte entitled REFERENCE A- FOR CLASSES W~TH RANGE
ASSIGNMENTS is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:

RATE ASSIGNM~NTS is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following:

This ordinance shall take e~fect immediately pursuant to
Section 25123 (f) of the Gove~nment Cade of the State of
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days after
its passage, it shall be p~blished in a newspaper in the County
o~ Butte, State of California.
