The Board of Supervisors of the County o~ Butte, State of
Ca~ifornia, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 44 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled PLANNING 480-001 is hereby amended by
deleting therefron~ the ~oilowing:
Positions Classification Tit].e
1- 1/2 Office Assistant IIY, II, I
3 O~f ice Assistant III, II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Pasitians Classification Title
4 Otf ice Assistant III, II, I
thereby changing the tota~ ~rom 15 1/2 to 16.
This ardinance shall take effect immediatel.y pursuant to
Sectian 25123 (f} of the Go,v'ernment Code af the State of
California; and befare expiration of fifteen (15) days after
its passage, it shall be published i.n a newspaper in the County
of Butte, State o~ Cali~ornia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 19th d~y of ~~ay , 1992, by the
