The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Cali£ozx~ai.a,
un~er and puxsuant to Chapter 2A~-29 of the Butte County Code of said County, ,
DO 4RDAIN, as follows:
SEG`TION 1. The hereinafter described area situate in the County
of Butte, State o£ California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as a.n AR-MH-3
(Agriculturai Residential - Mobile Home - 3 acre parcels) District, and such azea
shall be subject to the r~stri.ctions a.nd restricted uses and regula~ions pursuant to
Butte County Code Section 24-96.
Said a~ea so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte
County, Oroville, more partic~larly described as ~ollows:
All that certa~in real properiy situate in ~he County of Butte, State
of California, described as follows:
Parcei 1, as shown on ttiat certain Paxcel Map being a portion of
Sections 14, 15, 22, and 23, T21N R3E, NIDB&M, filed in the office
of the Recorder, County o~ Butte, State of California, on December
15, 198Q iu Book 81 of Maps, at Pages 1Q through 14.
A 60 foot nonexclusive public easemen~ for ingress and egress aud
for public utilities, as shown on that certain Pareel Map being a
portion of Sec~i.ons 14, 15, 22, and 23, T21N R3E, MDB&M filed
in the of~ice of the Recorder, County of Butte, State of Calzfomi.a,
on December 15, 1980 in Book 81 of Maps, at Pages 10 through 14.
SEC.I'iON 2. 'This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to
be in full force and effec~ from and after thiriy (30) days after the date of it~
passage, and be~ore the expiration of fifteen (L5) days after its passage, this
Ozdinar~ce shall be published once with the names of the members of the Baard
of Supervisors voting £or and agains't it in ~he Paradise Post, a newspaper
pubiished in the County of B~tte, Sta~e of California.
