The Board o~ Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Califarnia,
under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County Code . of saad County,
DO ORDAIN, as follows:
SECITON 1. The l~ereinafter described area situate in the County
of Butte, State o£ California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an FR-5 (Foothill
Rec~reational - 40 acr~ parce~s) District, and such area shall be subject to the
restrictions a~d restricted uses and zegulat~ons pursuant ~o Butte County Code
Section 24-112.1.
Said area so zoned b~ing located in the unincorporated area of Butte
County, Orovill~, more particularly described as follows:
All that real property situate in the County af Butte, Sta.te of
California, described as follows:
Being a portion of the S 1/2 of Section 10, T21N, R3E, NIDM,
being more partieulaz'ly described as follows:
BEGINNING a~ the NW comer of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
said Sectzon 1U, being as shown on that certain Parcel Map for
Gerald D. Oliver, being a portion of the S 1/2 of Section 10, 1'21.N,
R3E, NIDM, which map was ~ed in the office of the Recarder of
Butte County, Caiifornia on March 2fi, 1981 in Book 82 of Maps at
Pages ~~ a.nd 15, said point being an an;~e point in the northerly
boundary line of that certain parce~ of land described in Quit Claim

parcel, for 300.00 ft. to an angle point Iocated in the southerly
boundary line af sai~d Gist parcel, sa.id point being al.so the NE
corner of Parcel 2 as shawn on said Oliver Parcei Map; thence
following along the southerly boundary lina of said Gist Parcel and

SECTION 2. This 4rdinance shall be and it is hereby declared to
be in full ~orce and effect from and after thirty (30) _ days after the date of its
passage, and before the ~xpiratzon of fifteen (15} days after ~ts passage, this
Ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members of the Board
of Supervisozs ~oting for and against it in the Oroui ~ le/~;~~,~~ry, newspaper
published in the County o~ Butte, State of California.
