AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTTON OF THE COUNTY QF
BUTTE, ~TAT`E OF CALIFORNTA, AN SR-1 (SUBURBAN
RESIDENTIAL) DISTRXCT, PURSUANT T4 CHAPTER 24-29.

2 under and p~rsuant to Chapter 7A~-29 0£ the Butte County Cade of said County,
3 DQ ORDAIN, as follows:
4 SEG"TIDN 1. The hereinafter described area situate ~in, the County
6 of Butte, State of Califarnia, shall b~ and it is hereby zoned as an SR-1
e (Suburban Residential - 1 acre parcels) Disfrict, and such area shall be subject to

the restric~ions and r~stricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte Coun~ty Code

Sec#ion 24-1b2.
