Thz Board of Supervisors o~' the County o~ Butte, State af Ca3.ifornia,
does ordain as ~ollows:
Secti.an 1: Saa.d Board finds and dete~'mines that upon the hasis of
~n enginee~'ing and traff~c survey, the Butte County ~ighway hereinafter
descrabed comes wi~hin the provisi.ons oft Section 22358 of the Vehic~.e Gode of
the Sta~e of California, in '~hat a speed 1a.mit o~ fifty-~ive (55) r~iles per
hour is more than a.s reasonable and sa~'e on said highway and deter~nines an.d
dec~.ares a prima £acie speed lim~t on such Butte County h~ghway as follows:

is h.ereby dete~m~ned, dec~ared and established and ~hat SP~ED LTMI`T 35 MILES

and before the expiration of fi~teen (15} days a~~er its passag~, i~ shall be
publ~s~ed with the names o~ the memb~rs voting for and against the same, ance
in a 1aca~ newspaper published in the Coun~y af $utte, State o~ California.
