AN ORDINANCE ZONING A P~RTION ~F THE C4UNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE 4F CALIFORNIA, AN P-Q {PUBLIC/QUAST-
PUBLIC} DISTRTCT, PURSUANT TO CHAPT`ER 24-29.
~ ~ The Board of Supervisozs of the Caunty of Butte, State af California,
2 under a.nd pursuant to Chapter 24-29 0~ the Butte County Code of said. County,
3 DO ORDAIN, as follows:
4 SECI~~N 1. The hezeinafter described area situate in the County
~ of Butt~, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an P-Q
~ (Public/Quasi-Public) District, and such area shall be subject to the restricti.ons

and restricted uses and regula~ions pursuant to Butte Couniy Code Section 24-

be in full farce and eff~ct from and after thirty (3~} days after the da~e nf its
passage, and before the expirativn af fifteen (15) days after its passage, this
Ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members of the Board
of Supervisors voting for and a~ainst it in the Chico Enterprise Record, a
newspape~ published in the County of Butte, State oF California.
