The Baard of Supervisars of the County o~ Butte, State of
Califarnia, DO ORDAIN as fal.lows:
Sect~on ~ that Sectian No. 53 of Ord~nance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled PUBLIC HEALTH - AN~MAL CONTROL 490-001
is hereby.amended by deleting therefram the ~ollawing:
Sec~ion No. 53 Public Hea~.th-Anima~ Cantral - 490-001
and adding thereto the following:
Section No. 53 Public Health~Rabies Cr~ntrol - 490-001
This ord~nance shall take effect immediately pursuant to
Sect~.on 25123 (f} of the Government Code of the State of
Cali~ornia; and befare expiration of fifteen (15} days after
its pas~age, it sha1.~ be pub~ished in a newspaper in the County

of Butte, State of Califv~nia. ',
