Section 1. that Sectian No. 4a of Ordinance No. 2979 0~ the
County af Butte entitled PUBLTC WORKS - BU~LDING INSPECTION
430-002 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Section No. 40 Public Warks-Build~ng Inspection - 440-002
and adding thereto the following:

Section 2 that Section No. 41 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled PUBLIC WORKS - SUBDIVISION INSPECTION
440-004 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
