Th~ Board of Supervisozs of the County oF Butte, S~a~e of Californ~ia,
under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County Code of said County,
Do oxnanv, as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situate in the County
of Butte, State of Califomia, shall be and it zs hereby zoned as an A 5
(Agricultura.l - 5 acze parcels) District, and such area shall be subject to the
restrict~ons and restricted uses a.nd zegulations pursuant to Butte Coun~y Code
Section 24-72.
Said area> so zoned being located in th~ unincorporatPd area af Butte
County, Ba,ngor, more particularly described as follows:
All that certain real property situate in ~he County nf Butte, State
of California, described as follows:
Parcel A:
A pnrtion of Lot 6 and 4~ a.nd a portion o~ Lot 7, Book 7, Page 77,
Officia.l Map of the Town of Bangor, Section 27, T18N, RSE, MDM,
more particularly described as follows:
Parcel 1, as shown on tl~at certain Parcel Map filed in ~he Office of
the Recorder, County of Butte, State of Californi.a, on April 3, 1985
in Boak 99 of Maps, at Page 6.
Certifi.cate of Correction recozded July 27, 1989 in Butte County
Official Records, under Serial No. 89-28038.
Parcel B:
A right-of-way for road and public utility purposes bQ feet in width
as shown on that Parcel Map filed April 3, 1985 in Book 99 of
Maps, at Page 6.
SECTION 2. This Ozdinanee shall be and it is hereby declared to
be in fiill force and effect from and a~er thirty (30j days after the date of its

Ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members of the Boa.rd
of Supervisors votuag for and against it in the Oroville Merc~uy, a newspaper
published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County o~ Butte, State of California, on the 4~~ day of Aug~$~ , 1992, by the
