The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State af
Ca~.i~orn~.a, DO ORDA~N as fo].].ows:
Section 1 that Section No. 14 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitl~d PERSONNEL 09~-OQ1 is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Tit1.e
1 Pri.ncipal C~.e~k or Administrative Services
Assistant
thereby changing the total from 6 ta 7.
This ordinance shall. take e£fect immediate~y pursuant to
Section 25123 (f} of ~he Government Cade of the State of
Cali~ornia; and before expiration o~ ~ifteen (15) days after
its passage, it shall be pub~ished in a newspaper ~n the County
of Butte, State o~ California.
