The Board of Supervisors of th~ Caunty of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1.that Section No. 40 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled DEVELOPMENT SERVICES - BUTLDING
INSPECTION - 4~4-042 is hereby amended by de~.eting therefrom
the fol~owing:
