2 AN OR]]INANCE OF TAE COUNTY OF BUTTE AMENDING SECTION 2-~13
OF ARTTCLE II OF THE BUTTE COUNTY CODE RELATTVE TO
3 REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

5 The Board of Stzpervisors of the County of Butte, State of Cal.ifornia,
6 ordains as fo7.laws:
7 Section 1. That Section 2-13 of Artic3.e T~ of the Butte County
8 Code is hereby a~nended to read as follows:
g ~2-13. RecluZar Meetinas.
10 Regular meetings of the Board of Supervisars shall be held on
11 the secand and faurth Tuesday o~ each month, at 9:00 a.m.; however, when
12 Tuesday fall.s on a legal ha3.iday or when the B~ard determines, by a
13 ~najority vote, to d~spense with one (1) or more meetings or change the
14 time thereof , then the Board shall announce at a regular meeting preceding
1.5 the holiday or change, the date and ti~ne of the next regular meeting.
16 Section 2. E~fective Date• Pub~ication. This ordinance shall be
17 and is hereby decla~ed ta be in £ull force and effect 30 days ~rom the
18 date af its passage {Government Cade Section 25123). Within fi~teen days
19 of the date of its passage, this ordinance shall. be published once with
20 the names of the members af the Baard of Superv~sars voting for and
21 against it in the Chico E/R , a newspaper published in the County o~
22 Butte, State o~ Ca~ifornia.
