AN ORDIlVANCE A1ViENDING CHAPTERS 20 AND 24 QF THE
BUTTE COUNTY C4DE
Th~ Board oT Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Caiifornia,
undez and pursuant to Sections 20-54 and 24-40 of the Butte County Code of said
County, ORI3AINS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Sectivn 20-54 of the Butte Counfiy Coc~e is hereby
amended as follows:
Subsection 20-54 Development Review Committee.
The De~elopment Review Cammittee shali consist of the Director
of Development Services, the Director of Public Worlcs, and the Dir~ctor of
Environmental Hea.lth, or their respective deputies or appointed represen~atives.
SECTI~N 2. Section 24-40, Subsection (d) of the Butte County
Code is hereby amended as follows:
Subsection 24-40
{d) All applicatians shall be reviewed by the members of the
Development Review Comnzittee. The Development Review Comrr~ittee shall
consist of the Director Development Services, the Director of Public Works, the
Dir~ctor of Enviranmental Health, their respective deputies or appointed
representatives. The report of the Development Review Committee members,
including any recommended cancli~ions of approv~l, shail be farwarded to the
Planning Di.~ector prior to the Director's decision on the application.
SECT`YON 3. Se~rerabilitv. Tf any part of this ordinance shall be
held void by a court of competent ~urisdiction, such part shall be deemed
severable, and the invalidity thereof shall not affect the remaining parts of th~s
orclinance.
SECTZON 4. T`his Ordinance shall be and it is herreby declared to

be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after th~ date of its
passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (IS) da~+s aft~r its passage, this
O~rdinance s~all be published once with the names of the rnembers o£ the Boa~d
of Supe~visors voting for and against it in the Parad~.sP ~ast , a
newspaper publish~d in the County o~ Butte, State af Cali~ornia.

County of Butte, State of California, On tkle 17th day Of November , 1992, by the
following vote:
