The Board of Supervisors o£ the County of Bu~te, State of Califom~,a,
under and puzsuant to Section 24-29 of the Butte County Code of said County,
ORDAINS, as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described ~.rea situate in the Couniy
of Butte, State o£ Califozr~ia, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an A-S
{Agricul.tural ~ 5 acre parcels) District, and such area shall be subject to ~he
restrictions and res~ricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code
Sectkon Z4-72.
Sazd area so zoned being ~QCated in the uni.ncorporated- area of Butte
County, Oxoville, more particula7rly described as follows:

EXCEPTING THEREFR~M that portion deeded to the County of
Butte, dated June 14, 1957, and recorded Apri17, 1957, in Book 820,
o£ Official Records, at Page 297, records of Butte Gaun~.y, California.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to
be in fiYll force and effect from and after thiriy (30) days aftez~ the date of its
passage, and be~are the e~iration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, this
Ordinance sha.ll be p~blished once with the names of the members af the Board
of Supervisazs voting far and against it in the Ozoville Mercury, a newspaper
publislied in the County of Butte, State of Galifornia. -
