California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3 Re~erence D of Ordinance No.
2979 of the Courity of Butte entitled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED
POSITIONS -- MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVIS~RY UNIT
CLASSIFICATIONS is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:
