AN ORDINANCE AMENDYNG ORDINANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDZNANCE"
The Board af Supervisors of the County of Butte, State af
California, DD ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 37 of Ordi.nance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled PROBATTON - 430-001 is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the fo~lowing:
Positions Ciassification Title
1 Office Assistant IT, I
1-50~ O~~ice Assistant II, I
and adding thereto the follawing:

2 Office Assista~t IIr T
thereby changing the total from 40 1/2 to 41.
This ordinance shall take effect immediate~.y pursuant ta
Section 25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days after
its passage, it sha~.l be published in a newspaper in the Caunty
of Butte, State o~ Cal.ifornia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County ot Butta this 12th day of January , 1993 , by the
following vote:
