AN ORDYNANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS TH~ "SALARY ORDINANCE".
The Board of Supervisors of the C~unty of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows: ~
Sect~on 1. that Section No. 60 (A) ot Ordinanc~ No. 2979 of the
Caunty ~f Butte entit~.ed WELFARE - ADMINISTRATION -~70-001.
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the fallowing:
Positions Classification Tit1e

and adding thereto the following:

thereby changing the tota~ from 113 to 115.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant ta S~ction
25~23 (f} of the Gove~n~nent Cade ~f the State of California; and
befare expiration o~ fifteen (15) days after its passage, ~t shall be
published ~n a newspaper in the County of Butte, State ot Califarnia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors o~ the
