AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDTNANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
Ca1.~fornia, DO ORDAiN as follaws:
Seotion 1 that Section No. 44 of Ordinance Na. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled DEVELOPMENT SERVICES - PLANNING - 480-~01
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

and add~.ng thereta the fallowing:

thereby changing the total from 14 to 13~1/2.
This ordinance sha~1 take effect immediately pursuant to Section
25~23 {f} of the Government Code of the State of California; and
before expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passag~, it shall be
published in a newspaper in the County ot Butte, State o~ California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
