AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
C~UNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORD~NANCE"
The Board ot Supervisors ot the County af Butte, State of
Ca~ifornia, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Sectian No. 60 {A) ot Ordinance No. 2979 af the
County of Butte entitled WELFARE - ADMINISTRATTON - 570-001
is hereby a~ended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions C1.assification Title
15 *Office Assistant T~, I(2 - 06/30/93)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification T3tle
15 *O£fice Assistant II, i{1 - 06/30/93}
thereby leaving the total. unchanged.
Sectian 2 that Section No. 60 (b) o~ Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitied WELFARE - G.A.I.N. - 57b-002 is her~by
amended by delet~ng th~refram the ~ollowing:
Positions Classification Title
16 *Social Warker III, II (3 - 06/30/93)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classi~ication Title
18 *Socia]. Worker III, II (3 - 06/30/93}
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shall take e~fect immedi.ately pursuant to Section
25123 (f) of the Government Code af the State of Cal.ifornia; and
befare expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be
publ~.shed in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of Califarnia.
