The Baard of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, und~r and pursuant to Section 24-29 of the Butte County Code o~ sa.id
County, ORDAINS, as follows:
SECTION 1. This ordina.nce is adopted to co~-rect a typographical
error made in Orclinance 3006. On May ~9, 1~992, the Board of Supervisors took
action followuig a public hearing to rezone the property described in Section 2
beiow from SR-1 {Suburban Residenrial - 1 acre parcel) to SR (Suburban
Residential). A typographi.cal enoz was mad~ in the ordinance which was
adopted, namely Ordina.nce 3046, erroneously xeci~ing that the property was being
rezoned to AR-MH-3 {Agricultuzal Residential Mobile Home). Tlus ordinance
~s being ac~opted to correct said error.
SEC°TI~N 2. The hereinafter described area sztuate in the County
o£ Butte, State of Cali~ornia, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an S-R (Suburban
Residential) District, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and
restricted uses and reguia~ions pursua~t to Butte County Code Section 24-159.
Said axea so zoned being located in the un~ncorporated area of
Butte County, Chico, more particularly described as £ollows:
A portion of Lat 20, as shown on that Certain Map entitled "Map
of the Eighteenth Subdivi.sion of the Bidwell Rancho", which map
was filed in the of~ice of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State
of Cali~ornia, October 6, 1911, in Book '~ of~ Maps, at Page 25, more
particular~y described as follows:
Begirming at a point in the S line of said Lot 20, which pou~t is
385.00 ft. W o~ the SE corner of saa~d L.ot 20; ~hence E along ~he S
line of said Lot 20, a distance of 385A0 ft. to the SE comer of said
Lot 20, sa.id SE corner being in th~ centerline of Marigold Avenue,
as shown on said Map oft the Eighteenth Subdivisi.on; thence N 00 °

center of Marigold Avenue, a distance of 200.0 ft. to
a point; thence southwesteriy 433.85 £t. more or Iess,
to the point af beginning.

for Marigold A~venue.
Lots 19 and 20 as shown on ~hat certain Map ent~tl~d "Map af tl~e
Eighteenth Subdirv~ision of the Bidwell Rancho", which Map was filed
in the of~ce of the Recorder af the Cnunty of Butte, State of
California, October 6, 1911., in Book 7 of Maps, at Page 26.
Excepting therefrom the east~rly 25 ft. of the above described parcel
for Marigold Avenue.
Also E~cepting therefrom the following described parcel:
Beginning at a point in the S line of said Lot 20, which poin~ is
385.00 ft. W of the SE corner of said Lot 20; thence E along the S
line of said Lot 20, a distance of 385.00 ft. to the SE corner of said
Lot 20, said SE corner being the centerline of Marigold Avenue, as
shown on sa.id "Map of the Eighteenth 5ubdivision, thence N 00 ° 21'
W along the E line of said Lot 2~, being also the centerline of
Marigold Avenue, a distant of 2000.0 ft. to a point; ~hence
southwestezly 433.85 ft., moze ar 1ess, to the point of beginning.
SECTIDN 3. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared ta
be in full force a.nd effect from anci afte~ thirty (30) days after the c3ate of its
passage, and before the expiratian of fafteen (IS) days after its passage, this
Ord~nance shall be published once with the names of the members of the Board
of Supervxsors voting for and agaanst it in the Chica Entezprise Recard, a
newspaper published in the County of Butte, Sta.te of California.
