AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 ~F THE
C~UNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDTNANCE'~
The Board of Supervisors af the Gounty of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Sect~.on No. 82 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled PUBLIG HEALTH - GENERAL SERVTCES - 540-001
is h~reby amended by deleting therefrom the foll~wing:

thereby changing the total fro~n 8 to 7.
Section 2 that Section No. 54 af Ordinance No. 2979 ot the
County of Butte entitled PUBLIC HEALTH - GENERAL SERV~CES - 540-001
is hereby amended by deleting therefro~- the fallawing:

This drdinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section
25123 (f} of the Government Code of' the State of California; and

published in a newspaper in the County o~ Butte, State of Califarnia.
