BLTTTE, STATE OF C.ALIFORNIA, AN TM-1 (TIMBER
MOUNTAIN) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO SECTION 24-29.

The Board o~ Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
under and pursuant to Sect~on 24-29 of the Butte County Code of said County,
ORDAINS, as £ollows:
SECTION l. The hereinafter described area situate in ~he County
of Butte, State nf California, shall be and it is hereby zaned as an TM-~ (Timber
Mountain -~ acre parcels) Dxstrict, and such area shall be subject to th~
rest~rictions and restricted usES and regula~ions pu~rsuant to Butte County Code
Section 24-165.
Said area so zoned being lacated in the unincorporated area of Butte
County, Forbestown, rnore particularly described as follows:
All that certain real property situate zn the Cot~nty af Butte, State
of California,. c~escribed as follows:
All that portion o~ the following described land lying west af New
York Flat Road:
Commencing at a point in the westerly boundary iine a~ the
Hornestake Lode, United States Mineral Survey No. 5757 from which
poin~ the 1/4 section corner between Sections 10 and li, T19N RbE,
MDB&M, bears N 8° 24' W, a distance of 1103.27 ft.; thence S 15 °
11' E along tk~e westerly boundary line of the said Homestake Lode
a distance of 287.45 feet to the east and west cen~erline of the SW
1/4 of Section 11, above mentioned township; thence N 89 ° 44' 30"
E alang the said legal subdivision line a distance of 124.29 ft. to the
southerly boundary line of the Homestake Lode; thence N 74 ° 49'
E along the said southerly boundary iine o£ said Homestake Lode
a d'zstance of 205.73 ft. to a paint; thence N I1 ° 4fi' W, 95.3 ft.
along ~he westerly line o~ the parcel cnnveyed to the Forbestown
De~elopment Association, thence N 74 ° 49' E, 52.7 ft. to legal
subdivision lzne; thence N 1° 41' 40" E, along the said Iegal
subdivision line a distance of 233.83 ft.; thence S 74 ° 49' W a
distance of 47795 ft. to the point of beginning.
Containing 2.35 acres, more ar less, Forbestown
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to

be in full force and effect from and a.fter thirty (30) c~ays after the date of its
passage, and before thE expiratinn of fifteen {15) days after its passage, ~his
Ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members of th~ Soard
of Supervisors vo~ing for and against it in the Oroville Mercury, a newspapcr
published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board o~ Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of Ca~ifornia, on the 23rdday of March , 1993, by the
