COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS TH~ "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board af Supervisars af the County o~ Butte, State of
Califarna~a, DO ORDAIN as ~o]~~ows:
Section 1 that Sectian No. 3 Reference F of Ordinance No. 2979
of the County of Butte entitled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASS~FIED POSITYONS
FOR CLASSES WITH FLAT RATE ASSTGNMENTS is hereby amended by del.eting
therefrom the following:
Flat Rate Class Code Classification Code
$50.00/DAY 1710 Electi.on Clerk
$60.00/DAY 1713 Election Judge
$70.00/DAY 17~.2 Election Inspector
and adding the~eto the following:
Flat Rate Class Code Classification Code

This ardinance sha11. take effect immed~ately pursuant to Sec~ion
25123 (f) af the Government Code af the State of CaliEarnia; and
befare expiration of fifteen {15} days aft~r its passage, it sha~l be
published in a newspaper in the County o~ Butte, State of California.
