AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDTNANCE N~-. 2979 OF THE
CUUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE '~SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors af the County of Butte, State df
Califarnia, DO ORDATN as follows:
Section 1 that Sectian No. 3 Reference F o~ Ordinance No. 2979 '
of the County o~ Butte entitled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS
FOR CLASSES WITH FLAT RATE ASSIGNMENTS is h~reby amended by adding
thereto the follawing:
Flat Rate Class Code Classification Code
$6.24-$9.23/HR ~705 Seasonal Election Worker
This ordinance shaZl take effect immediate~.y pursuant to Sectian
25123 (f) af the Government Code of the State af Califarnia; and
before expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be
published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of Califarnia.
