AN ORDINANCi ; ZONING A POR'T~4N OF THE COUNTY OF
BUT1'E, STATE OF C.ALIFORNZA, AN P-Q (PLl'BLIC-
QUAS~/PUBLIC} DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO SECTION 24-29.
~ The Board of Supereisors of the County af Butte, State af-Cali~ornia,
2 under and puzsuant to Section 24-29 of the Butte County Code of said Caunty,
3 ORDP,INS, as follows:
4 SEGTION l. ~l~e hereinafter described area sztuate in the Caunty
5 of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zaned as an P-Q
B (Public/Qua~i-Public} District, and such area shali be subject to the restrictions
7 and restricted uses and reguiati~ns pursuant to Butte County Cade Section 24-

Said area so zoned being locat~d in the un.incorporated area of Butte

Coun~y, Durham, more particuiarly d~scribed as fallows:

A portion of Section 34, T21N, R2E, MDB&M, and described as

15 Commencing at a point which is N 15 ° 31' W, 86~.9 ft. from the
intersectian of the w~sterly rigbt-of-way iine of the Califo~rnia State
18 Hzghway, with the northerly line of Lot S of Block 4, as shown on
~~ that certain map entitled, "North Addition to the Town of Durham",

of Supervisors voting for and against it in the Chico Enterprise Recard, a
news~aper published in the Caunty of But~e, State of California.
