MOUNTAIN) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO SECTION 24-29.

The Board of Super~sors of the County of Butte, State of Caiifornia,
under and pursuant to Section 24-29 of the Butte County Code of said County,
ORDAINS, as follows:
SECTION l. The hereina£tez described area situate in the County
of Butte, State of Californi.a, sl~all be and it is hereby xoned as an TM-3 (Timber
Mountain - 3 acre parcels) District, and such area shall b~ subject to the
~estrictions and restricted uses and regulatians pursuant to B~tte County Code
Section 24-172.
Said aarea so zoned being located- in #he unincorporated area of Butte
County, Oroville, more particulaxly described as fallows:
A portion of Section 34, T21N RSE, MDB&M, being more
par~ic~lar~y d~scribed as follows:
Beginning at the NW corner o~ the SE 1/4 nf the NW 1/4 of said
Section 34; thenc~ N 89 ° 5~' 40" E, along the N lin~ of the SE 1/4
of the NW 1/4 of said Sectinn 34, a distance o~ 587.00 ft. to the tn~e
point of beginning of the land deseribed herein; thence from said
true poi~t of begi~ing, continuing N 89 ° 51' 40" E, 445.40 ft.;
thence S 2° 36' 20" W and paral~el with the N and S centerline of
said Section 34, a: d~stance of 1933.47 ft. to a point in the centerline
af Baid Rock Road; thence alang the centerline of sa~d Bald Rock
Road, N G7 ° 54' 30" W, 104.46 ft.; N 32 ° 13' 34" W, 400.50 ~t.; N
65 ° 46' 30" W, 12~.47 ft.; N 2~ 36' 20'° E, 1501.96 ft. ta the true
point of beginning.
Containi.ng 17.73 acres, more or less, 4arovi.lle.
SECTION 2. This 4rdinance. shall be and it is hexeby declared. to
be in full £orce and effect frorn and after thirty (34) days after the date of its
passage, and before the expixation of fifteen (15} days aftear its passage, this
Ordinance sk~a~~ be published once with the -names of the members of the Boaxd
