The Baard of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
under and pursuant to Section 24-29 of the Butte County Code af said Co~nry,
ORDAiNS, as foilows:
SECTION 1. 'l'he hereir~after described area situate in the Caunty
of Butt~, S~ate of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an S-R (Suburban
R~sidential) District, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and
restzict~d uses and regulations p=.rrsuant to Butte County Cod~ Section 24-159.
Said area sa zoned being Iocated in the unincorporated area o£ Butte
~ounty, Oroville, more partic~larly described as foilows:

particularly descrxb~d as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner af Lot "A", according to that certain
map entitled "Heri~age Estates", as filed of record in Book 9~, Maps
at Pages 34, 3S, 3b, & 37, said point being a 1/2" rebar tagged L.S.
3625 Iocated on the eas~erly rzght-nf-way line of Rachel Dri~e

SEGTION 2. `This Ordinance shall be anc~ it is hereby deciared to
be in full force and ef~ect from and after t~:irty (30) days after the date of its
passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, this
Qrdinance shail be publislaed ance with the names of tlne members of the Board
of Supervisozs ~voting for and against it in the Oroville Mercury Register, a
newspaper published in the Cou_~ty af Butte, Stat~ of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of S~pezvisors of the
County of Butte, State o£ Califarnia, on the 27th day of April, 1993, by the
