AN ORDTNANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
CUUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County o~ Butte, State o~
California, DO ORDAIN as fo~~ows:
Section ~ that Section No. 60 (B} of Ordinanc~ No. 2979 of th~
County af Butte entitled DTSTRICT ATTORNEY - CRIMINAL 320-001 is W~~
hereby amended by deleting therefram the following:

published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California.
