AN ORDIN.ANCE AMENDING ~RDINANCE N~. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY ~F BLTTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisars of the County of Butte, State af
California, DO ORI]ATN as follaws:
Section 1. that Section No. 1.5 0~ Ordinanca No. 2979 of the
Gounty ot Butte entitled COUNTY COUNSEL 100-Qd1 is hereby amended by
deleting therefram the following:

and adding thereto the fol3.owing:

thereby ~.eaving the tatal unchanged.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Sectian
25123 (f) of the Gavernment Code af the State of California; and
before expirati.on o~ fifteen (~5) days a£ter 3ts passage, it sha11 be
published in a newspaper in the Caunty of Butte, State o~ California.
