AN ORDINANCE AMENDTNG ORDSNANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors o~ the County of Butte, State of
Cali~ornia, DO ORDA~N as £ollows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3 Reference A of ~rdinance No. 29'79
of the County of Butte entitled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS
-- GENERAL UNIT CLA55IFICATIONS is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the following:

Section 2 that Section No. 28 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled D~STRICT ATTORNEY -- WELFARE FRAUD 320-005
is hereby amended by changing the total frox~ 8 to 9.
Section 3 that Section No. 65 of Ordinance No. 29'79 of the
County of Butte entitled ADMINTSTRATZVE - SELF INSUR.ANCE 710-001
is hereby amended by changing the total fram 2 to 3.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately.pursuant to Section
25].23 (f) of the Govern~nent Code of the State of California; and
befor~ e~iration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be
published in a newspaper in the Caunty af Butte, State of California.
