AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ~RD~NANCE N~. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE. KN~WN AS THE_"SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3 Reference D of Ordinance No. 2979
of the Caunty of B~tte entitl.ed MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL, AND
SUPERVTSORY UNZT CLASSIFICATIONS is hereby a~ended by adding thereta
the following:

thereby changing the tota~ from 2 to 2 1/2.
Section 3 that Sectian No. 58 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County ot Butte entitled MENTAL HEALTH - DRUG ABUSE 54i-003
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

1- 5D~ Manager - Mental Health Community Services
thereby changing the total from 1.~ to 11 1/2.

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Sectio:
