AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 54 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled PUBLIC HEALTH - GENERAL SERVICES 540-001
is hereby amended by deleting thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
2 Senior Public Health Nurse
6 Public Health Nurse
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
3 Senior Public Health Nurse
7 Public Health Nurse
thereby changing the total from 69 1/5 to 7i 1/5.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section
25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of California; and
before expiration of fifteen (1.5) days after its passage, it shall be
published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 22nd day of ,Tune , 1993, by the
