ORDiNANCE DESIGNATING ALLEY WEST OF WARNER STREET
IN CHICO URBAN AREA FOR ONE WAY TRAFFIC
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte ordains as follows, pursuant
to the ~uthority of CaIi~'ornia Vehicle Code S~ctifln 21100(d}:
Section 1. The Following alley is hereby designated an al~ey upan which
trafFic shall pxaceed in one direction only e#~ective upon the placement oF signs
sa indicating and consis~ent with Vehicle Code Section 2~400:
That certain County a1~ey running para~lel to and lying 150 fee~ west
of Warner stre~t between West Four~h Avenue and West First Avenue,
in the Chico Urb~.n Area. The direction of travel on said alley shall be
from south ~o narth.
Section 2. Effective Date an~i Publication. This 4rdinance shall be and
it is hereby declared to be in ~'ull Force ~.nd effect from and after thirty (30)
days a~ter th~ dat~ of its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days
aFter its passa~e, this Ordinance shall be published ance with the names of the
members af the Board oF ~upervisors voting for and against it in the Chico
EntErpris~ R~cord, a newsp~.~er published in the Cvunty of Butte, S~ate oF
California.
