The Baard o~ Superviso~s of the County of Butte, State o~ Califorrua,
under and pursuant to Section 24-29 of the Butte County Code of said County,
ORDAINS, as follows:
SEC'I~ON l. The hereinafter. described area situate in the County
of Butte, State of California, shaii be and it is hexeby znned as an SR-1
(Suburban Residential - 1 acre pa.~-ce~s) District, and such area shall be subject ta
th~ restrictions and restricted uses and reguXations pursuant to Butte County Cod~
Section 24-162.
Said area so zoned being loca~ed in the unincorporated axea o~ Butte
