AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDZNANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE~'
The Board of Supervisors of the Co~nty of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follaws:
Section 1 that Section No. 3 Reference D of Ordinance No. 2379
of the County a~ Butte entitl.ed MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTZAL, AND
SUPERVISORY UN~T CLASSIFICATIONS is hereby a~nended by delet~ng
therefrom the following:

before expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall b
published in a newspaper in the County af Butte, State of Ca1.i~ornia.
