The Board ofi Supervisors of the County of Butte, State af Cafifornia,
~nder arid pursuant to Section 24-29 of the Butte County Code of said County,
ORDAINS, as ~ollows:
SECTION l. The hereinaft~r described area situate in the Caunty of
Butte, State of Califomia, si~all be and it is hereby zoned as an M-1 (Light
l~dustrial) DEStrict, and sucF~ area shall be subject tv the restrictions and restricted
uses and regufations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-114.
Said area so zone~ being located i~ the unincorporated area of Bu#te
Co~nty, Chico, more pa~ticularly described as fiollows:
Beginnir~g at the intersection of the centerlines of Bruce Road and
the Skyway; thence southerly along Skyway's centerline to its
intersection with the centerline of Comanche Creek, approximately
27fi0 ft.; thence westerfy along said centerline o# Comar~che Craek
to its intersection with the flood control channel approximatefy 10~Q
~eet, said #lood controi channel located on the west line of the E 1/2
of Section 5 T21 N R2E MDB&M; thence northerfy along said W iine
18D0 #eet; thence continuing northerly along the W line of tf~e E 1/2
o# Sec. 32 T22N R2E MDB&M approxim ately 60D feet to the point
of heginning
SECTION 2. This 4rdinance shal! be and it is hereby declared to ~e
in f~ll force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of its passage,
and before t~e. expiratior~ of fifteen ~l5} days after i#s passage, this
names of tf~e mem~ers of the Boar
Ordinance shall be published once with the ~~ ~~

newspaper published in the County o# Butte, State af California.
