COUNTY OF BUTTE. IiNOWN AS THE "SALARY___ORDTNANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State o~
California, DO ORDATN as tollows:
Section 1 that Section No. 7.3 of Ordinance Na. 29"~9 of the
County of Butte entitled ASSESSOR 080-D0~ is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
3 Senior Appraiser
1 Senior Appraiser or Appraiser I~I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions C1.assification Tit1e
4 Appraiser ITI
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shal~. take ef~ect immediate~.y pursuant ta Section
25123 (f} of the Government Code of the State of California; and
before expiration of fi~teen {15} days after its passage, it shall be
published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of Cal.ifo~nia.
