4 The Board of Supervisors of the County ~ of Butte, State of California, does

Section 1: Said Board finds and determines that upon ~ the bas~s of an

g comes within the prov~sions of Section 223587 of the Vehicle Code of the State of

speed limit on such Butte County highways as follows:

Section _ 4: The Department of Public Works of the Caunty of Butte is hereby
directed to erect appropriate signs giving notice of the prima facie speed ~imit
established herein wit3un thirty (30) days o£ the adoption hereof. ~
This ordinance shall #ake effect th~rty (30} days after its passage, and before the
expi.ration of f€fteen (15} days after its passage, ~t shall be published wi~h the names
of the members voting for ar~d against the ~same, once in a lacal newspaper
published in the County of Butte, Sta~e of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisvrs of the County of
Butte, State of California, at the regul.aar meeting ~hereof on the ?R.r.x,.^ da.y of
