AN ORD~NANCE AMENDING ORDYNANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors af the County af Butte, State of
Cali~arnia, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 56 of Ordinance No. 2979 0~ the
County of Butte entitled Mental Health - General Services DIVISION
541--001 is hereby amended by adding there to the fo~.lowing:
Posit~.ons Classification Title
3 Data Entry Operator ~I, I
thereby changing the total from '71 3/4 to 74 3/4. ~
This ordi.nance shall take effect ~mmediately pursuant ta Section
25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of California; and
before expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be
published in a newspaper in the Caunty af Butte, State of Cala.~ornia.
