COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS_THE ~~SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follow~:
Section ~ that Section Na. 3 Reference D of Ordinance No. 2979
of the County of Butte entitl.ed MANAGEMENT, CONFTDENTIAL, AND
SUPERVTSORY UNIT CLASSIFICATTONS is hereby amended by del.eting there
from the fall.owing:

This orda.nance shall take e~fect immediately pursuant to Section

published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State af Cal~fornia.
