HomeMy WebLinkAbout31001 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 14 11 12 13 14 15 16 I7 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 Ordinance No.3100 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 OF THE COUNTY (~F U$ TTE • OWN ~S, THE "SALARY ORDINANCE" The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN as follows: Section 1 that Section 2B of Ordinance No. 2979 of the County of Butte entitled BI-WEEKLY SALARY RATES is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following: REFERENCE B: BI-WEEKLY SALARY SCHEDULE: THE FOLLOWING SALARY SCALE SHALL APPLY FOR ALL CLASSIFICATIONS IN THE MCS UNIT AND SSW UNIT SECTIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE. and adding thereto the following: REFERENCE B: Bi-WEEKLY SALARY SCHEDULE: THE FOLLOWING SALARY SCALE SHALL APPLY FOR ALL CLASSIFICATIONS IN THE GENERAL, MCS, AND SSW UNIT SECTIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE THAT ADHERE TO A 36 HOUR WORK WEEK.
